Matched bettors/Arbers
If you are funding your deposits with profits from other providers, we will require evidence of a positive net position with other provider(s). We can accept a P&L statement from that provider or a screenshot which shows your net position and your name and other personal identifying details. We are aware that many operators do not show all this information in the same window so we can accept a side-by-side screenshot with one window showing your net position and the other window showing your name or other personal identifying details. Alternatively, if you take a screenshot of a live chat which shows all of this information, we can also accept this. We also need to be to see at least one withdrawal from that provider on your bank statements.
Employment
We will require your 3 most recent pay slips. We also need to see these funds going into your bank account. If you are using a different bank account to receive your wages, we will also need a 3-month bank statement for that account and be able to see evidence of the funds flowing between your bank accounts.
Self-Employed
In order to demonstrate your overall income used to deposit if you are self-employed, the easiest way to do this is by providing your most recent tax return. Please ensure that this is the final version provided to you by your relevant tax organization. Evidence of funds being generated from your self-employment should be visible also on your bank statement. Alternatively, you can provide a certified copy of your accounts from your accountant.
Savings
We will require a copy of your recent savings statement and we need to see evidence of drawings from your savings to your bank account used to deposit. Please also outline how your savings have been generated.
Gift or Inheritance
If you have received a monetary gift or have inherited funds which you are using to bank roll your deposits, we will need to evidence of the origin of these funds. For gifts we will need to the ID of the person who gifted you the funds, a letter confirming the gift from that individual and a copy of a bank statement showing the receipt of these funds. If you have inherited the funds, we will need to see an official letter of probate showing the amount you have inherited along with a bank statement showing the receipt of your funds into your bank account.
Sale of Property
Funds derived from a property sale to fund your deposits can be evidenced by submitting a copy of the sale contract which is issued by the solicitor dealing with the sale and shows the amount owed to you from the sale. We will also need to see these funds being received into your bank account.
Pension or other Benefits
Customers who are in receipt of a pension or other benefits which are used to fund their gambling can provide 3 months recent bank statement that clearly shows consistent incoming values being received from that source. If you receive large one-off payments from this source instead, we will need a copy of the pension fund along with evidence of the funds being received in your bank account. Students in receipt of SLC imbursements or grants should also a provide a copy of the grant agreement along with a statement showing these funds being received.
All documents should where possible be in PDF format. You can download your bank statements from your online banking. If you do not have digital copies of your documents, an image of the documents will be accepted. We cannot accept any redacted or filter documents and all documents should include the 4 corners for verification purposes.
