Deposit Limit Increase Requests

The minimum deposit limit on the BETDAQ site is €10/£10. Deposit limits are by day, week or month.

The maximum deposit limit on your account will vary depending on how long you have been a customer with us and whether you have successfully passed our security checks.  

All deposit limit increase requests must be made through the customer service team via phone, email or live chat.

How to request an increase to your deposit limit.

If you wish to increase your deposit limit please contact our Customer Service Team who will record your request and submit it to our review team.

When you have contacted, a 24hr cooling off period must be observed, and you must contact us again after 24hrs to confirm you wish to proceed and also to enquire if your request has been approved. (you must contact after 24hrs and no later than 7 days to confirm you wish to proceed, if this timeframe is exceeded, the process must begin again).

The review team will review your request and issue their response within 5 working days.

Daily limit

Please contact us after 24hrs has elapsed to confirm you wish to proceed with the request.

Weekly limit

Please contact us after 24hrs has elapsed to confirm you wish to proceed with the request.

Weekly deposit limits begin each Monday and run to Sunday.

If you have deposited to the maximum amount of your limit in the current week, the new limit if approved will only apply from the following Monday.

Monthly Limit

Please contact us after 24hrs has elapsed to confirm you wish to proceed with the request.

Monthly deposit limits begin from the 1st of each month, and are applied when you contact us after the 1st of the next month. and confirm you wish to proceed.

If you have deposited to the maximum amount of your limit in the current month, the new limit if approved will only apply from the 1st of the next month.

How to request a higher deposit limit.
