Place Markets cater for when you want to back or lay any selection to be placed in a particular race or tournament.  Different place terms will apply to different markets, and you should check in the Information text how many places there are before you place a bet in these markets.

Once the market is displayed, any further non-runners will not affect the number of places. If the situation occurs where the number of expected winners equals the number of runners, all bets in this market will be void.
