How can I check only my matched bets?

In an individual market you can view your Profit and Loss on each market by ticking the Show Profit & Loss box at the top of the page. 

This will tell you how much you will win or lose on each selection based on the bets you have already matched. You can view all your matched bets across your account by looking in Current Bets in the My Bets section.
