If you use a VPN, our system may detect this and remove certain account permissions such as your ability to deposit or withdraw, and may restrict your ability to access your account through a VPN.
If you have used a VPN and you can't access your account or deposit/withdraw, please contact the customer services team who will assist you in restoring your account permissions.
