We will attempt to respond to all queries within 4 hours during Helpdesk hours, as described below. If you are an existing BETDAQ account holder please include your username in all correspondence.
While it is preferable to record your query or complaint in writing, should you wish to speak to an operator, please call the helpdesk during the times listed below. Please refer to the 'Contact Us' section for the relevant contact telephone numbers.
BETDAQ is registered with IBAS, the Independent Betting Arbitration Service. If you have an unresolved betting dispute with BETDAQ, you are invited to contact IBAS to rule on the dispute. Please note that IBAS will act as an arbiter in a dispute only when they are satisfied that all other methods to resolve the dispute have been exhausted. In all circumstances where IBAS is unable to supply a ruling, the matter will be dealt with by BETDAQ senior management, where their decision is final.
