How do I verify my account? What is KYC?

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble with BETDAQ.

In order to fully activate your account, please forward the following:

A copy of your drivers licence.

or

A copy of photographic ID e.g. Machine Readable Passport or National ID card.

And

A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address dated within the last six months. For clarification, a letter will not suffice and the document must be full page (you may redact the non essential information from this if you so wish).

Please ensure that all requested documents are provided as full-page scanned copies, or as high-resolution photos, taken in clear light.

Failure to provide these documents may result in a delay in processing deposits / withdrawals in your account.
This obligation is for the security and benefit of all members and we hope it does not cause too much inconvenience.

Know Your Customer (KYC) is our opportunity to positively identify BETDAQ members to ensure that we know who they are, and involves certain members being requested to supply us with documents to prove their identity. This is for the security of both us and our customers. We may request additional items from members for enhanced due diligence reasons.
