PART 1 INTRODUCTION

This website is operated by Exchange Platform Solutions Ltd (“EPS”), a company registered in Alderney with registered company number 1815 and whose registered office is Millennium House, Olliver Street, Alderney GY9 3T. EPS is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Commissioner, Licence Number 131 C1. “EPS Group” refers to EPS, BETDAQ Trustee Ltd, and any direct and indirect subsidiaries thereof from time to time. References in these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") to "we", "our", "us" or "BETDAQ" will exclusively relate to EPS Group.

These Terms and Conditions govern your ("you", "your", " Customer") betting activity with us via this website and mobile application ("BETDAQ Website"). You will not be able to open an account with us until you have confirmed that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as part of the registration process.

If you are betting in Great Britain (but not Northern Ireland), your betting activity will be regulated by the British Gambling Commission pursuant to the British gambling licence held by EPS under licence number

34865.

On the BETDAQ Website, we provide the following services (together, the "Services"):

- our betting exchange ("Exchange” and/or “Exchange Service");

- our fixed odds sports betting product (“Sportsbook”)

- accumulated sports bets available either through the Exchange or Sportsbook (“MultipleBet”);

- Virtual sports markets available through the 'Virtuals' tab ("Virtuals")’ and

- instant games, and other casino gaming products and services ("BETDAQ Casino")

All Customer Accounts (as defined in paragraph 1 of part 2) are administered and maintained by EPS and its subsidiaries. Any funds deposited by Customers are held by Betdaq Trustee Company Limited.

In the event of any inconsistency between any Parts of these Terms and Conditions and Part 2 'Becoming a customer of BETDAQ', Part 2 'Becoming a customer of BETDAQ' shall prevail.
